How much will shipping cost me?
Shipping within the US is free. It will cost you nothing! International shipping is $3.99.
How long until my order arrives?
Most orders only take 1-3 days to arrive. International orders could be 6-10 days. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

Do you offer rush shipping?
We do not offer rush delivery at this time.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrapping but will integrate that service in the future.
I just ordered but want to cancel.
Send us an e-mail with your name and order number immediately and let us know to stop the presses. Hopefully you can reach us before we send your order out. In that case, we will gladly refund your money. If we have already shipped your order out, we must treat it as a return. Read more information on Returns.
I accidentally ordered the wrong item.
Send us an e-mail with your name and order number immediately. We'll either charge you or refund you the difference and send the right merchandise to you.
The Item I ordered and the item I got aren't the same.
Whoops! We're sorry about that. Send us an e-mail with your order number, what you ordered and what you got from us. We will then send the right item with a prepaid envelope so you can return the other item to us.
I got my order but I changed my mind and want something else.
