All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. If your order is over 13 ounces, we will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail.

Returns/Exchanges
Returning/Exchanging merchandise is easy and hassle free.
1) Send us am email at Service@KnitBabies.com and let us you'd like to return or exchange your item. We will then send you a shipping label to your e-mail.
2) Print your shipping label and send us your item in it's original condition within 30 days of purchase price. Please include your original packing slip!
3) Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will process your refund/exchange within 2 business days. Customers must pay return shipping if the return is not a result of our error.
